Apply to external cladding, shingles or timber to remove silvering, mould, light watermarking etc.
Will not affect plants, grass, paint, rubber or other common substrates.

Add Surface Cleaner to clean water in a clean container mixing 100g with 10 litres and apply with garden sprayer directly to surface to be cleaned, or add 100g of Surface Cleaner to 1 litre water and feed through water blaster on max ventutri, leave 15 minutes, keeping wet, then low pressure water blast off with MAXIMUM 60-80 bar pressure with a wide fan setting, long sweeping motions going direction of timber, starting at the top and working down ….

 

 

Apply to timber when cosmetic marks contaminate visual ascetics on new wood and some stained or polurethaned timbers. Such as with watermarks, greasy hand marks, chemical marks, mould stains and most other hard to move marks on timber.

Dampen area to be treated with clean water, use Liquid Timber Clean neat or as a concentrate up to 50/50 mix to achieve the desired result. Apply by brush with a light covering to surrounding areas to help with a uniform blending.

Leave on timber for 1 to 8 hours or overnight keeping wet and active, some marks may fade quickly, monitoring may be necessary. Make sure a thorough wetting of affected area for best results. When mark has faded or gone wipe over with cloth and amounts of fresh water to dilute out, let dry and treat timber as necessary.

Removes Oil & Water based Stains, Polyurethanes and some acrylics that have been applied to timber and have weathered allowing peeling and exposing timber to the weather.

Use Brushing Stripper. Apply by brush to small areas at a time working from bottom up, make sure that area of application is dry and of a thorough coating and keeping active, re-application or re stripping may be required for denser products monitoring is necessary. When product has softened and allows old coating to be scraped and show clean wood underneath, a low pressure water wash on wide fan with long wide sweeping motions to wash off old product and dilute out. Let dry and treat timber as necessary.

Stripper will attack some plastics, bitumen and paint. Water neutralises stripper.

Pots & Masonary

Water based consolvent free waterproofer, for porous substrates ie, natural stones, concrete, brick work, pots etc. Prevents the damage which might otherwise occur by ingress of water.

When applied, penetrates into the substrate, when dry is virtually undetectable, preserving the original appearance and character.

Preparation

Surface must be dry (touch dry) and free of algae, lichen, loose materials, etc. Obvious cracks or joints must be made good prior to treatment otherwise run penetration may occur at these points, hairline cracks which are stable do not require pre-treatment.

Application

Should be liberally applied by soft nylon or shuttle brush freely in two coats, second coat should be applied immediately after the first coat has been absorbed or up to 24 hours after if it cannot be avoided.
SEAL IT can resist wash off by rain fall as soon as 1 hour after application, full waterproof properties achieved after 24 hours.

Eliminates the need to waterblast areas such as fibrolite, timber decks, tile and decrimastic roofs, concrete driveways, paving stones, brickwork and most other porous surfaces confronted with mould etc.

Mix one litre Mould & Lichen Killer concentrate to four litres of water. Best application is by garden sprayer to affected areas and make sure of a thorough saturation for best affects. Area should start to show signs of self cleaning at 6 - 12 weeks. Re-apply at 12 months to help on going clean appearance.

Concentrate dilution can be increased for areas with heavy growth.
